RS-CHO™, an animal-free supplement for use with Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells, was developed for use in complete media with or without nutritive feeds. Significant yield enhancements have been realized with RS-CHO in non-fed cultures as well as in cultures supplemented with rich feeds. RS-CHO is composed of small molecules that direct cellular pathways, and does not provide basic nutritional factors, such as insulin, cytokines, amino acids, and glutamine.

Regocel™ Supplement for CHO Cells (RS-CHO™)

RS-CHO™ Supplement is for enhancement of recombinant protein expression and is intended for use with a variety of CHO cell lines (including: K1, DG44, dhfr-, DUXB11), and is appropriate for use in small, mid- or large-scale cultures.

RS-CHO™ is fully compatible with all varieties of cell culture media (serum-free, chemically-defined, animal-free, protein-free). Use your preferred commercial or in-house CHO medium formulation(s).

Store Reagents (A) and (B) of RS-CHO™ at 4°C. Reagent (A) contains dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) and will thaw at room temperature.
