All cells are isolated from peripheral blood by leukopheresis and density gradient centrifugation. Cells are drawn from healthy donors with a COBE Spectra Apheresis System. Fresh PBMCs are drawn and shipped to customer within 24 hours. Cells are collected on ACDA. Viability of fresh PBMCs is approximately 95%. |
